twin Spot snapper SPAWNING - (LUTJANUS BOHAR)

All of the pictures in this album were taken in the Republic Of Palau. There are at least three spawning aggregation sites that you can witness Twin spot snappers spawning in Palau. I have been leading expeditions for photographers and non photographers for the last five years  to witness this amazing spectacle with Sam's Tours Unique Dive Expeditions and most recently aboard the Palau Siren. We estimate that there can be over five thousand individuals here aggregating every month to spawn. Bullsharks (Carcharhinus leucas) and Blackfin sharks (Carcharhinus limbatus)  are common sightings at these aggregations.
